The operational problem

Small service businesses needed custom sites and ongoing technical work without maintaining an internal web team.

A web studio platform and operating system for client delivery, technical SEO, and conversion work.

Why this system exists

A repeatable loop makes each change traceable: diagnose the constraint, prioritize the useful fix, implement it, validate it, record the evidence, and monitor the result.

The public WebPrism site is one output. The wider system includes client websites, audits, source-led content, image pipelines, change ledgers, Search Console review, and recurring maintenance.

Who uses itCanadian service-business clients and WebPrism's internal operator.

How the work moves

Context matters. The work happened with teams and stakeholders. These statements describe my contribution without turning shared delivery into a solo claim.

Where AI fits

Model or agent role

Frontier models and bounded agents support research, content-gap analysis, drafting, audits, and evidence synthesis.

Structured contract

Tasks start from client context and current sources, then return structured findings or a draft linked to evidence.

Deterministic safeguards

Explicit property selection, source labels, schema checks, route validation, and content-preservation rules prevent unsupported public changes.

Human decision

Ayub selects the opportunity, reviews the change, validates the real site, and remains responsible for deployment and client fit.

Decisions that carried the work

Keep proof real

Design transformations preserve verified pricing, clients, and project content instead of replacing them with template copy.

Verified outcome

Public studio site and verified client portfolio work.

What I will not overclaim

The portfolio links the public studio but does not claim unverified revenue, rankings, or client business outcomes.

Verified from the WebPrism project brief and public site.
